Invisalign® is a state-of-the-art removable orthodontic system using clear aligners to carry out orthodontic alignments in adults and teens even in the most complex cases.

The system is a suitable alternative to fixed brace orthodontics and is popular amongst most adults and children alike.

Invisalign® works by repositioning teeth step by, using a series of custom-made transparent removable ‘aligners’. This is by far the most well renowned premium orthodontic aligner system in the market which has treated over 5 million patients successfully worldwide since its inception.

The aligners are custom-made to each person’s specifications and are highly effective in achieving the desired tooth movements in a manner that is most comfortable, swift and discrete for the patient.

The Invisalign® aligners are worn for an optimal period of 22 hours a day but, because they are removable, wearers can take them out for short periods, including when they want to eat or drink.

Each aligner is worn for anything between 7-14 days before moving onto the next aligner in the sequence which takes the teeth closer towards their final desired position.

What you can expect from treatment with Invisalign®?

We will examine your teeth, taking photographs allowing us to identify the orthodontic issue that requires treatment. Should you wish to proceed with Invisalign®, we will take impressions or digital scans of your teeth to send off to the lab so your custom aligners can be created. Thanks to Invisalign’s patented ClinCheck® software, we are able to show you what your smile will look like post-treatment before you even start wearing the brace!
